• When will I receive my order?
We guarantee the departure of the products within 48 from the date of the order. We use the express courier that usually deliver within 7 - 10 days.
• How can I track my order?
We will send by email the confirmation of the process of your order and a link that will allow you to track your package online.
• Where can I have my order shipped?
You can indicate the address to which to send the products during checkout
• How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you complete the order
• Will you send me a payment receipt?
The goods are accompanied by a receipt. If you are interested in receiving an invoice, please inform us when placing your order

For online purchases, La Profumeria Nadalini will refund the full price of the products excluding the cost of shipping. These products are intended as unused, undamaged and with the original packaging and labels intact inside the box and accompanied by the relative original invoice / receipt.
The products must be returned within 10 (ten) days from the date of receipt. Profumeria Nadalini reserves the right not to accept the return of those products that in its opinion do not comply with the requirements indicated above.
