For online purchases, we will refund the full price of the products excluding the cost of shipping. These products are intended as unused, undamaged and with the original packaging and labels intact inside the box and accompanied by the relative original invoice / receipt.
The products must be returned within 10 (ten) days from the date of receipt.

Profumeria Nadalini reserves the right not to accept the return of those products that in its opinion do not comply with the requirements indicated above.

We still believe in trade and the traditional shop with all it can offer. Even just a chat! Before processing orders, we will therefore give you notice if there is one of our stores near you. You will save the cost of shipping, you can talk to the retailer of our products and maybe they will even make you a beautiful package!
